WHY JOIN OAKMONT RAINBOW WOMEN (ORW)
As a community of women, we celebrate our diversity and delight in the community we form in Oakmont Village. Oakmont Rainbow Women, ORW, is a membership organization within Oakmont Village Association. We welcome all Oakmont Village lesbians, women-identified members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, and women-identified allies. With over 175 members, rainbow women represent many interests, areas of expertise and talents and come from varied and geographic locations. ORW also provides a social support network to its members as well as opportunities to engage in community service projects. Member perks include:
- Access to the ORW Members-Only website
- Receive via email, the ORW monthly newsletter, The Gayzette
- Socialize and network in activities and programs with other women who share similar life experiences as well as gain knowledge about topics of interest to the LGBTQ+ community
- Join a Special Interest Group (SIGs) – smaller groups of members who engage in educational, social, athletic/physical, and service-oriented activities specific to their interests
- Receive Weekly Reminders, via email, to keep up-to-date on all activities and programs
- Access the ORW Member Directory to network and connect with this great group of women.
HOW TO JOIN
Annual dues are $25. To join ORW, you must verify that you are an Oakmont Village Resident. Thus, as part of the registration process, you will be asked for proof of residency.
You may join online paying your dues via PayPal, or if you prefer to pay by check, join using the ORW New Member form.

Our preferred method of registration is online with payment via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay via credit card by creating a ‘Guest’ PayPal account.
Upon completion of the online registration, you will be asked to verify your residency. Follow the link on the Member Verification page or email a photo of your OVA badge to oakmontrainbowwomen@gmail.com

Place the completed New Member Form with your check and a photo or PDF of your OVA badge in an envelope and place the envelope in the Oakmont Rainbow Women’s (ORW) club folder in the OVA office. You may also email a copy of the registration and photo of your badge to: oakmontrainbowwomen@gmail.com
